I've seen other videos I've produced hit 100,000 views--eventually. Not with this latest clip. I just checked the Brightcove.com stats for the Microsoft Surface video I produced and, wow, this is a bona-fide viral hit. As of this morning, interneters have pressed play 533,339 times on the official PopularMechanics.com player, and that doesn't count the more than six pirated versions I've seen uploaded on YouTube. Which reminds me: Huh? How do you pirate a Brightcove video?!? Either way, good work, interneters!
